The story of Mireia Rosset

I want to introduce you to another client who has a very interesting project providing support to professionals and executives, among other self-awareness workshops and talks that she also gives. Here's the super interesting interview so you can learn more about Mireia.
-Tell me about yourself, where are you from and what are your interests?
My name is Mireia, I was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain.
I think I've been a very curious person since I was little, which is why I'm quite restless and also unable to stay on the surface of things. Therefore, although it may sound cliché these days, I can't imagine life without being able to travel, near or far. For the landscapes, but especially for the people.
Leaving my usual environment, meeting other people with very different lives, is something that I personally feel opens me up to other possibilities, new perspectives and ideas, which then translate into opportunities, projects, friendships, etc.
I don't like large crowds, which is why I prefer to just go with the flow, observe what daily life is like, without great luxuries or pretensions. I'm a big fan of markets, residential neighborhoods, rural areas, and nature.
For many years I have dedicated myself to researching behaviors and social trends , and it's something that, although it's no longer my main professional focus, still fascinates me. For a few years I lived in London, and as a hobby I wrote a blog about emerging trend routes focused on that city and others like New York. When I returned to Barcelona, I spent a few months doing a radio program where I interviewed unconventional profiles of the city, as a way of tracking these trends. I love communicating, reading, writing, and disseminating information.
Then, of course, astrology, the psyche, and mystery are things that have caught my attention since I was little, and I have always been reading books, participating in workshops, and attending talks on these topics. I have been practicing yoga for many years, and I spent 6 months training in meditation techniques at the Buddhist monastery of Garraf (Barcelona).
- What is the business project you have started?
My project is called The Creatist Lab . I started in 2023 and offer coaching services to professionals and executives who want to make a professional and personal change for greater fulfillment in their work and life. I also give talks, workshops, and retreats for groups and organizations that want to live and work with greater awareness and generate a positive impact on people.
After almost 15 years dedicated to social research and in corporate environments, following a collective layoff, I decided to take the plunge and give birth to something that had been brewing for a while. I loved my job, but supporting other professionals to develop with confidence, to believe in their own unique talents and abilities, was something that filled me with great satisfaction and that I felt was very necessary, almost urgent in this frenetic world in which we live. Much more than the research task itself.
I firmly believe, and I see it every day, that we are all naturally creative and we all have so much to give to the world, without struggle, without competition. Hence the name, Creatist, as a Laboratory to reconnect and experiment with your own creativity in the broadest sense of the word. And the fact is, in many cases we live on autopilot and completely disconnected from our great personal power, chasing carrots that we may not even want deep down.
However, it is when we align ourselves with our truth, when we know this with complete certainty, that we can create a fulfilling and successful life. The thing is, it's not what's usually taught in universities, and often it's through a personal crisis that we begin to question our path. Sometimes even that idea scares us and makes us feel dizzy.
We are at a global moment in which old structures are becoming obsolete, and a great need for new ways of doing things is emerging. Luckily, more and more people are questioning things and opening themselves to new possibilities. And personally, I believe that at this moment, we all need spaces where we can explore ourselves, reconnect with our truth to make better decisions and live with greater harmony.
So I decided to make this my personal and professional mission, and to put my own path and the tools that have worked for me and that I see as valuable at the service of others, always with the awareness that we are all on this journey of growth.
- How do you incorporate astrology into your sessions, and why do you find it interesting?
Well, curiosity led me to explore astrology as a hobby, and overcoming some skepticism, I discovered that it's nothing esoteric or "magical." And that it has little to do with magazine horoscopes or any kind of future prediction, none of that.
While I was planning my own professional pivot, I decided to have my birth chart read by someone I trusted. I didn't know much what to expect, and it was very revealing.
So I decided to explore this topic further and ended up training for 2 years with the firm conviction that if this information is made professional and accessible, many more people would experience life, and even crises, with greater confidence and more as opportunities.
The truth is, I find the accuracy of the information that astrology provides fascinating, because when used seriously and with one's feet on the ground, it is a very powerful tool for self-knowledge and alignment with life cycles.
It is a symbolic language that contains a great deal of information, very profound and detailed. It is said that people like Steve Jobs and JP Morgan used it to make business decisions. In fact, there is a well-known quote from JP Morgan in which he stated: "Millionaires don't use astrology, billionaires do."
Astrology is a millennia-old tool that allows us to apply strategies based on our life cycles and align ourselves with what is most organic and genuine for each person, without limiting ourselves but rather the opposite, seeing all possibilities with greater clarity. It directs our energy and focus in the most efficient direction, that is, the one that is coherent with each person and their life stage.
Ultimately, we are all connected and part of the same universe. Our bodies are made up of a system of cells and organs; we are part of a system on Earth, which in turn is part of a planetary system, and so on. We know that the lunar phases affect the tides, animals, and ourselves; it's a fact we experience and for which we don't have scientific answers.
I use astrology in my processes as a starting point to gain perspective and clarity, as it saves a lot of time and allows for a better understanding of personal dynamics. For example, it helps to understand why certain situations repeat themselves, to understand internal contradictions, patterns and blockages, as well as to see talents, lessons to be learned, better alliances, vocation, among many other things.
In no case to limit or say what you can or cannot do, but quite the opposite, to expand your vision and see all the possibilities, and from there you decide which path to take.
-What feelings does Endëk Nature convey to you?
For me, Sofía's creations are a celebration of Life, with a capital L. The care and attention she puts into every detail, and the fact that each creation is totally unique. I feel deep respect and admiration for the work she does, which reflects the wonder of the fact that no two beings are alike, that every being in this world is unique, unrepeatable, beautiful, and valuable.
For me, Endek Nature conveys a great deal of respect and love for nature, for Mother Earth who sustains, nourishes, and cares for us, like a generous and abundant mother.
And precisely that, that connection with the abundance that already exists in our environment, that is simply given to us and that we so often forget, that we don't have to look for anything, that there is no need to produce, that there is no scarcity, that everything we really need is already given to us. Also with the cycles of life, the seasons, and our own personal cycles.
A reminder of the importance of respecting, and respecting each other, of taking care of this source of abundance, of being grateful for what is given to us simply for the fact of existing.
In turn, a deep connection with the ancestral, with that wise, intuitive, and rooted knowledge. I am inspired by a shaman in the forests, honoring the earth, beautiful, creative, calm, inspired, and connected with her intuition and with life.
Furthermore, I love the fact that many of the creations connect us with the places where the flowers have been collected, also as a way to honor and celebrate that place in the world, and the diversity of colors and shapes in each region.
Breaking away from mass production and large-scale manufacturing, and opting for authenticity and soul. In my case, an ideal option for a truly special gift, for a loved one and for myself, because I don't believe in hyperconsumerism, but rather in choosing options that align with my values of respect and durable, valuable pieces.
